CLAMS IN BRINE

Clams in brine 18/20 (111 gr/tin). plump, salty Spanish canned clams are a traditional tapas delicacy in Spain, hand packed in water and salt. Enjoy them over a piece of crusty bread, with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. This might be a Spanish treat, but you can prepare them any way you want, including the dish from Naples, Linguine con Vongole – Linguine with clams, a beautiful combination of thin pasta, olive oil, white wine, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle over a pizza, a clam chowder soup or just over a salad.
