SENIOR SALES MANAGER

How long have you been working at Premium Food and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?

5 years, Senior Sales Manager.

What’s your favorite thing about working at Premium Food?

To utilize and integrate my abilities in sales, customer relations, language and decision making to handle different situations and people.

Who has inspired you the most throughout your career?

Umm not really, I’m pretty much inspired and self-motivated most of the time. But one person I’m always impressed by is chef Vincent Thierry. He is creative, organized, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. He never tried to show off, for me, he is one of the best chefs. Yet he praised our cheese supplier that is a real artist for making excellent products. Whenever I have any concerns, I can talk to him straight and discuss for the best and possible options.

Have you always worked in this industry? If not, what other types of jobs/roles have you held?

Partly concerning food and service. I used to work for Bangkok Air Catering as a Customer Relations Manager responsible for Airline Catering Representatives team servicing at the aircraft and lounge service operations (Emirates, Oman, Qatar) at Suvarnabhumi airport. Prior to that, I had 8 years as a cabin crew in Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What are some of the accomplishments you’re most proud of?

It is not only my accomplishment, but for the whole team in Premium Food. Since Day 1, we have encountered and overcome many challenges. We learned, grew up, developed, and looked for the best solutions for our clients, ourselves, and the company. Our name is now recognized in the market in terms of products and services. This is something I am proud of to be a part of Premium Food.

If you could only eat one thing from Premium Food for the rest of your life, what would you choose?

Oscietre Caviar! Especially with a glass of Ferrari would be lovely. I wish I could afford that for the rest of my life. 🤣

What's something you're truly passionate about or enjoy doing in your free time?

Playing piano, playing with my son, reading, and travelling

What’s one interesting fact that we might not know about you?

Leave it as a mystery!

Describe a funny moment from your time at Premium Food that still makes you chuckle?

One Christmas, we made a wrong order of 8 cases of purple cauliflowers instead of 8 kg. We all ended up having purple cauliflower for a couple of weeks. Till now, I still feel a bit creepy every time I see purple cauliflower order.

What’s the best advice you could give someone who’s just starting out in their career?

Stay focused, open to learn new things, be positive and react to issues accurately and wisely.
