I started at the end of August 2021 as the Branch Manager. Initially, there were only three people in Phuket; now, we are seven, with more team members expected soon.
In the first period, I was a little bit scared, honestly. I didn't know much about food, but fortunately, being Italian, I love to eat good food. I tried almost all the items in the catalog, which increased both my knowledge and my belly! Initially, our focus was on acquiring new customers, and we successfully grew our customer base from 90 to around 200.
Afterward, I worked on optimizing logistics. We used to lose a lot of time and I worked on streamlining the process to ensure timely deliveries.
Following the improvements in logistics, we concentrated on managing our stock efficiently.
For me, it's the opportunity to spend the entire day traveling around the island, meeting new people, and building new, positive relationships.
Tamara radiates so much energy, and I must say, the entire sales team and the Bangkok team contribute to a fantastic vibe that resonates with me.

We have a lot of funny moments, especially during our lunch meetings with the two chefs. Their chemistry is fantastic, and they create a lively atmosphere. However, the funniest moments are perhaps better kept to myself!
