    You can add additional products to your cart by going to other product pages and repeating steps 2.1, 2.2, 2.3

    4.1 Change the quantity of the products or 4.2 Remove products

    6.1 After choosing Credit/ Debit and Cash Payment, your order has been received. Click 'ORDER NOW' to proceed with the payment confirmation on the payment page.

    6.1.1 Click on the button 'Pay via 2C2P'. Then it will redirect you to the 2C2P SCB Bank page.

    6.2 After choosing direct bank transfer, click 'ORDER NOW' to proceed with the payment confirmation.

    6.2.2 Please Upload your Slip after the Payment.

    6.2.1 Add all the information to confirm your payment.

    6.2.3 Click the 'Submit' button to complete the payment.

    6.3 After choosing the Pay by Promptpay QRcode, click 'ORDER NOW' to proceed with the payment confirmation.

    6.3.1 Your order has been received. Please confirm your payment here Confirm Payment.

    6.3.1 Scan the PromptPay ID QR Code to complete the payment. Confirm here your payment: https://premiumfoodthailand.com/confirm-payment/

    6.3.2 Add the transfer amount and check all details if correct then complete the payment.

    6.3.3 Please Upload your Slip after the Payment.

    6.3.4 Click the 'Submit' button to complete.

    Step 7: After the complete payment via Credit/ Debit Card and Cash Payment or Direct bank transfer or Pay by Promptpay QRcode

    You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and our Delivery System will send you an SMS with the Shipping Tracking Number

    Wrong, missing or faulty items received

    We do our best to ensure that every order that leaves our warehouse is correct and perfectly packed. Mistakes might occasionally be made. When receiving your order, please check the products our staff delivers to you with the order detail document as well as the receipt. If wrong, missing, or faulty items should be found, please notify us within 24 hours at [email protected] or by phone at 095-064-3760 and our customer service team will rectify it with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
