Yellow Fin Tuna Belly “SUPREME” in olive oil (110gr/tin). La Brujula’s yellow fin tuna belly supreme is the fattest and juiciest part of the tuna belly. It is called supreme just because it is a special and dedicated part of the tuna. Not for the location in the tuna body. As you can see in the picture, the belly and the supreme one came from the down side of the fish, close to the fin. So the Supreme is just a the fattest part of the belly. It is a unique and exclusive product (it is not easy to find it on the market), it has a greater infiltration of healthy fat than other parts of the belly and therefore better flavor and texture. Ideal for a skewer or to accompany a main dish adding that delicacy and marine subtlety.
