Tartuflanghe Truffle Chips 100gr. Truffle Chips are seasoned with authentic Italian freeze-dried truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Thicker than normal crisps, crispy and fried only in olive and sunflower oil. Their thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil. Excellent as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés and tapas or in salads.
