BALSAMIC CREAM

Cream of Balsamic (500 ml) the basis of RISERVA Balsamic Vinegar, Terre Bormane has created a cream, which makes for excellent dressing: a balsamic vinegar reduction with a thick creamy texture, full aromatic flavor and ideal consistency for decorating dishes. Recommended as an accompaniment for cheese and meat dishes, it is also excellent served with salads and cooked or raw vegetables and to make vinaigrette and other sauces.
