ANCHOVY AND TRUFFLE

30 gr of Anchovy and Truffle. A classic Piedmontese aperitif enriched with truffle, in a novel format, with Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
Ways of use:
Creamy and versatile, try it on both hot and cold dishes: on eggs, pasta, risotto and meat tenderloin. Store in a cool, dry place. After opening store in the refrigerator at +4° and consume within 3 days.
