Anchovies marinated in vinegar 1 Kg. These delicious anchovies, after being caught and filleted by hand, are soaked in lemon juice and vinegar for approximately 14 hours.
They are then delicately marinated in sunflower oil to provide a wonderfully light texture.
These white anchovies come ready to eat and can be used in salads or entrees, or served as an appetizer or side dish.
