How long have you been working at Premium Food, and what different roles have you held within the company? What is your role now?
I’ve been with Premium Food Thailand for four years. I started as a purchasing Manager and Business Developer, focusing on sourcing high-quality products. To this day, I continue to oversee procurement to ensure we bring the very best to our customers. I currently serve as Supply Manager, where I’m responsible for identifying, sourcing, and bringing premium products to the Thai market.
What’s your favorite thing about working at Premium Food?
I love the dynamic nature of the food industry—discovering outstanding products, building strong supplier relationships, and seeing customers enjoy what we deliver. The challenge of finding the best and ensuring it reaches the right audience is what drives me every day.
Who has inspired you the most throughout your career?
I’ve been inspired by many, but I truly admire entrepreneurs and business leaders who have built their success from the ground up. Their resilience and adaptability motivate me to keep learning and growing.
Have you always worked in this industry?
Yes, food trading has been my main focus, but I’ve also been involved in the restaurant business, as well as various entrepreneurial ventures including e-commerce and import/export. These experiences have broadened my view of business and market dynamics.
What’s the best advice you could give someone who’s just starting out in their career?
Be patient, stay curious, and never stop learning. Build strong relationships—they’ll open doors in unexpected ways. And don’t be afraid to take calculated risks.
What are some accomplishments you’re most proud of?
I’m proud of helping expand Premium Food’s product range and building long-term relationships with our suppliers. These connections have played a big part in growing our reach and impact in the Thai market.
If you could only eat one thing from Premium Food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Definitely sustainably sourced seafood. It’s delicious, packed with nutrients, and supports responsible fishing practices—which is important to me. Whether grilled, smoked, or raw in a ceviche, the variety is endless!
What’s something you're passionate about or enjoy doing in your free time?
I love traveling, playing soccer, Tennis, and spending time with friends. Exploring new cultures and cuisines is one of my biggest joys.
What’s one interesting fact we might not know about you?
I once took a completely spontaneous trip with no fixed plans—just went where the deals and road took me. It ended up being one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life!
Describe a funny moment at Premium Food that still makes you laugh.
Once, we received a huge shipment in the wrong packaging. Instead of panicking, we turned it into a team challenge—everyone jumped in to sort it out, laughing the whole time. It became a great memory and team-building moment.
