Wrong, missing or faulty items received

We do our best to ensure that every order that leaves our warehouse is correct and perfectly packed. Mistakes might occasionally be made. When receiving your order, please check the products our staff delivers to you with the order detail document as well as the receipt. If wrong, missing, or faulty items should be found, please notify us within 24 hours at info@premiumfoodthailand.com or by phone at 095-064-3760 and our customer service team will rectify it with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

Returns

Unfortunately, Perishable foods cannot be returned, apart from the above cases.
